All prices displayed on Shemzpalette are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We strive for absolute transparency; therefore, we apply a clear $6.99 Flat Rate shipping fee to all orders processed within the United States.

3.2 Visual Accuracy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3.3 Modification of Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. BILLING & PAYMENT SECURITY

Your security is our priority. We provide a PCI-compliant and SSL-encrypted checkout environment to ensure your financial data is never compromised.

• Payment Authorization: By submitting an order, you authorize Shemzpalette to charge the total order amount (including the $6.99 shipping fee and any applicable sales tax) to your chosen payment provider.
• Refusal of Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

5. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT PROTOCOLS

By placing an order with Shemzpalette, you acknowledge and agree to our delivery logistics:

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Geographic Coverage: We ship exclusively within the 50 United States. Currently, we do not facilitate international shipping or exports.
• Location of Dispatch: All goods are dispatched from our facility located at 3513 S County Road 1306, Odessa, TX 79765-9649.

6. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

We allow a 12-hour grace period for any order cancellations or modifications.

• Within 12 Hours: You may request a change or full cancellation for a 100% refund.
• After 12 Hours: Our automated system may have already initiated the fulfillment process. If the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled, and the customer must follow the return procedure upon arrival.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & SATISFACTION (100% FREE)

Shemzpalette provides a consumer-centric return policy to ensure peace of mind:

• Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Cost: 100% FREE Returns. We provide the prepaid shipping label; no restocking fees are ever applied.
• Refunds: Once the return is inspected (within 1–2 business days of receipt), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shemzpalette. All text, graphics, logos, and product photography are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
