  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from Shemzpalette must be provided to verify the transaction.
  • Exclusions: We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a partial refund if items show clear signs of wear, damage, or misuse that occurred after the item was delivered.

We believe that returning an item should be as easy as buying one. Unlike many retailers, Shemzpalette removes all financial barriers to returning products:

  • Free Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid shipping label for every authorized return. You will never have to pay out of your own pocket to send an item back to us.
  • Zero Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. You are entitled to a refund of the full amount you paid for the product.
  • Total Value Refund: Your refund will include the 100% original purchase price of the items returned.
  1. HOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN

To ensure your return is tracked and processed quickly, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Receive Your Label: Once our team verifies your request (usually within 24 hours), we will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label along with clear instructions on how to package your item.
  3. Drop Off: Print the label, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized location for the designated carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  1. INSPECTION & REFUND TIMELINE

Once your package arrives at our processing center located at 3513 S County Road 1306, Odessa, TX 79765-9649, the following timeline applies:

  • Professional Inspection: Our quality control team will inspect the returned items within 1–2 business days of arrival.
  • Email Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Credit Issuance: Approved refunds are processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal).
  • Bank Processing: While we issue refunds instantly, most financial institutions take approximately 5 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

If you realized you ordered the wrong color, size, or style, Shemzpalette offers a seamless exchange program. We will provide a Free Return Label for your original item and ship your replacement item at no additional shipping cost to you, subject to stock availability.   1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great care in packaging our orders, but we understand that transit issues can occur.

  • Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • Reporting Period: If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shemzpalette.com.
  • Resolution: In these cases, we will prioritize a Free Replacement or a Full Refund immediately, including a waiver of all shipping costs.
  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
  • Pre-Processing: You may cancel your order for a 100% refund within 12 hours of placement.
  • Post-Shipping: If the 12-hour window has passed or the order has already been dispatched from our facility in Odessa, TX, the order cannot be canceled. Please wait for the package to arrive and follow the standard return process outlined above.
