  • All 50 U.S. States: This includes the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Military Addresses: We support shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS, subject to carrier regulations.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands). We remain dedicated to perfecting our domestic fulfillment before expanding abroad.

  1. REAL-TIME TRACKING INFORMATION

We believe you should never have to guess where your order is. Once your package is scanned and leaves our facility at 3513 S County Road 1306, Odessa, TX 79765-9649, we will send an automated Shipping Confirmation Email. This email includes:

  • Delivered but Missing: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.
