- Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
- Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday or during the weekend will begin the processing cycle on the following Monday morning.

2.1 The 12-Hour Grace Period
We offer a 12-hour cancellation window from the moment your order is placed. During this time, we can typically halt the automated fulfillment process and issue a full refund without any issues.
2.2 Cancellation Eligibility based on Order Status:
- Order Placed/Payment Confirmed: Full cancellation is guaranteed within the 12-hour window.
- Processing/Fulfillment Started: If our warehouse team has already picked and packed your items, we will attempt to stop the shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
- Shipped/In Transit: Once the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) has taken possession of the package, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our 30-Day Free Return Policy once the package arrives.
2.3 How to Submit a Cancellation Request
To cancel your order, you must contact us officially via email.

- MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
If you need to make adjustments rather than canceling, we are happy to assist provided the request is made within the 12-hour window.
3.1 Shipping Address Corrections
Accuracy is vital. If you notice an error in your shipping address, notify support@shemzpalette.com immediately. We are unable to redirect packages or correct addresses once the shipping label has been generated and the package has left our Odessa, TX facility.
3.2 Product Modifications (Size, Color, or Style)
You may request to swap an item for a different size or color, subject to current stock availability.
- Price Increases: If the new item is more expensive, we will send a secure invoice for the remaining balance.
- Price Decreases: If the new item is cheaper, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS
When a cancellation is successfully processed, we ensure your money is returned promptly:
- Refund Amount: 100% of the total purchase price, including shipping fees and taxes.
- No Hidden Fees: Shemzpalette does not charge any administrative or restocking fees for cancellations made within the valid timeframe.
- Refund Method: Credits will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal).
- Timeline: While we process refunds within 1–2 business days, it may take up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
- SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES & SYSTEM ERRORS
5.1 Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, Shemzpalette will notify you immediately. You will be given the choice of a 100% immediate refund or an alternative product of equal value.
5.2 Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed the same order twice, please reach out to support@shemzpalette.com within 12 hours. We will cancel the duplicate transaction and ensure you are not billed twice.
